Clinical observation on the intervention of pressing needle combined with rectal drip of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with early diabetes nephropathy
揿针联合中药直肠滴入干预早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床观察

摘要

目的 深入探讨揿针联合中药直肠滴入在早期糖尿病肾病治疗中的实际疗效。方法 筛选本院在2023年全年共计80例早期确诊的糖尿病肾病患者，随机将这些患者分成两组，即常规组和实验组，每组均含40例患者。常规组接受常规西药治疗，而实验组则尝试揿针联合中药直肠滴入的创新疗法。比较两组治疗前后的血糖水平及肾功能指标。结果 治疗后，实验组在治疗后血糖水平得到显著改善，与常规组相比具有显著统计学差异（P<0.05）；实验组的肾功能指标也显示出明显的优化，与常规组相比差异同样显著（P<0.05）。结论 揿针联合中药直肠滴入疗法在控制早期糖尿病肾病患者血糖、改善肾功能方面展现出显著优势，具有潜在的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of press-acupuncture combined with rectal drops of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
Methods A total of 80 patients with early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy in 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely the conventional group and the experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The conventional group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the experimental group tried the innovative treatment of press-acupuncture combined with rectal drops of traditional Chinese medicine. Blood glucose levels and renal function indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
Results After treatment, the blood glucose level of the experimental group was significantly improved after treatment, which had a statistically significant difference compared with the conventional group (P<0.05). The renal function indexes of the experimental group also showed significant optimization, and the difference was also significant compared with the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rectal drip therapy combined with acupuncture has significant advantages in controlling blood glucose and improving renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy, and has potential clinical promotion value.
