Observation on clinical effect of open nursing management applied to inpatients in psychiatric department
开放式护理管理应用于精神科住院患者的临床效果观察

摘要

目的 分析和研究为精神科住院患者实施开放式护理管理对改善其疾病状况起到的效果和作用。方法 本次研究时间为2022年8月至2023年8月，实验对象为该时间段在本院收治的精神科住院患者65例，将其按照入院治疗先后顺序分为两个小组，纳入对照组的为实施常规封闭式护理管理的33患者，纳入观察组的为实施开放式护理管理的32例患者，护理后通过对两组患者多项指标对比了解不同护理管理实施效果。结果 对比实验结果可以得知，护理后观察组患者焦虑心理及抑郁心理明显改善，改善效果优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者生存质量得分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 开放式护理管理方式应用于精神科住院患者护理中能够减轻其多种不良心理状况，也能有效改善其生存质量，具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effect and effect of open nursing management for psychiatric inpatients on improving their disease status.
Methods This study was conducted from August 2022 to August 2023, and 65 psychiatric inpatients admitted to our hospital during this period were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. 33 patients in the control group were included in the routine closed nursing management, and 32 patients in the observation group were included in the open nursing management. After nursing, multiple indicators of the two groups of patients were compared to understand the implementation effect of different nursing management.
Results Compared with the experimental results, it can be seen that after nursing, the anxiety and depression of patients in the observation group were significantly improved, and the improvement effect was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the quality of life score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of open nursing management in the nursing of inpatients in psychiatric department can alleviate a variety of adverse psychological conditions and effectively improve their quality of life, which has high application value.
