基于知信行模式健康教育在老年高血压患者护理中的价值

摘要

目的 探究对老年高血压患者给予知信行模式下的健康教育护理模式下的护理价值。方法 回顾分析本人工作医院2023年1月至2023年12月收入的患者资料,纳入符合研究标准的100例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,根据护理模式的差异按乱数表法进行分组,其中对照组(进行常规护理),观察组(进行基于知信行模式的健康教育),对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者的服药依从性明显高于对照组患者,(p<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者LVEDD(平均生活活动能量消耗)和HR(心率)指标水平均优于对照组患者,(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者的健康知识掌握率更高于,(p<0.05)。结论 知信行模式下的健康教育模式对老年高血压患者的护理效果显著,在服药依从性和LVEDD方面表现优异,同时健康知识掌握率也较高,表面在健康状况和治疗效果方面均具有更好的表现,值得临床实践应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing value of health education based on the Know-Belief-Action (KBA) model for elderly hypertensive patients.
Methods The clinical data of patients admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. 100 elderly hypertensive patients who met the research criteria were selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received health education based on the KBA model. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The medication compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p <0.05). After nursing, the LVEDD (average energy expenditure for daily living activities) and HR (heart rate) indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). The health knowledge mastery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (p <0.05).
Conclusion   The health education model based on the KBA model has significant nursing effects on elderly hypertensive patients, with excellent performance in medication compliance and LVEDD, and higher health knowledge mastery rate, indicating better performance in health status and treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical practical application.
