Effect of high-quality nursing on blood glucose control and complications in hyperthyroidismpatients with diabetes
优质护理对甲亢合并糖尿病患者血糖控制和并发症的影响

摘要

目的 探析甲亢合并糖尿病患者行优质护理的效果。方法 本次研究纳入的对象为56例甲亢合并糖尿病患者，抽取时间：2022年1月-2023年1月。采取随机数字表法将上述患者分为参考组及实验组，其中前者行常规护理，后者则采取优质护理，每组28例。通过比较两组血糖水平、并发症发生率来评价护理效果。结果 经对比两组血糖水平发现，护理前对比差异小（P＞0.05），护理后实验组显低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组并发症发生率低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理应用于甲亢合并糖尿病患者护理中，能够显著降低患者血糖指标，并有效减少并发症的发生。由此可见，优质护理在甲亢合并糖尿病患者护理中具有重要的意义。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing care for hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes.
Methods 56 patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes were included in this study. The sampling time was from January 2022 to January 2023. The above patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The former received routine care, while the latter received high-quality care, with 28 patients in each group. Evaluate nursing effectiveness by comparing blood glucose levels and incidence of complications between two groups.
Results After comparing the blood glucose levels between the two groups, it was found that there was a small difference before nursing (P>0.05), and after nursing, the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High quality nursing applied in the nursing of hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes can significantly reduce the blood sugar index of patients and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications. It can be seen that high-quality nursing is of great significance in the nursing of hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes.
