Analysis of the effect of high-quality nursing in the treatment of bronchiectasis with hemoptysis by applying traditional Chinese medicine acupoints
优质护理在中药穴位贴敷治疗支气管扩张伴咯血的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析对支气管扩张伴咯血患者应用优质护理的效果。方法 将2022年1月-2022年12月于我院就诊的支气管扩张伴咯血患者60例分30例为对照组行常规护理，另30例观察组行优质护理，以kolcaba舒适、sf-36生活质量评分、VAS疼痛评分对比两组护理前后的护理质量；再以满意度对比两组护理后的护理认可度。结果 护理前，两组各项指标差异不显著，P﹥0.05。护理后，观察组指标优于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05，同时患者满意度高于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对支气管扩张伴咯血在中药穴位贴敷治疗中应用优质护理可降低疼痛，改善患者躯体舒适，促进生活质量提高，患者对护理认可度高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing care to patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis.
Methods Sixty patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis who visited our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into a control group of 30 cases for routine nursing, and an observation group of 30 cases for high-quality nursing. The nursing quality before and after nursing was compared between the two groups using Kolcaba comfort, SF-36 quality of life score, and VAS pain score; Compare the nursing recognition between the two groups based on satisfaction.
Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in various indicators between the two groups, P>0.05. After nursing, the indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with a difference of P<0.05. At the same time, patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, with a significant difference of P<0.05.
Conclusion   The application of high-quality nursing care in traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application treatment for bronchiectasis accompanied by hemoptysis can reduce pain, improve patient physical comfort, and promote the improvement of quality of life. Patients have a high recognition of nursing care.
