一对一带教模式在呼吸科护理带教中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析一对一带教模式在呼吸科护理教学的教学成果,为护生能力提升提供可行性教学方式。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月在我院呼吸科见习的护生,共计40人,随机分观察组(20人)和对照组(20人),观察组护生采取一对一带教模式,对照组护生采取传统教学。对比两组护生的考试成绩。结果 观察组护生的考试成绩均高于对照组,对比差异显著,P<0.05。此外,观察组护生教学临床推理与反思能力评估高于对照组,对比差异显著,P<0.05。最后,在教学满意度上观察组评价高于对照组,对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论 在呼吸科临床见习中采用一对一带教模式能提高护生的考试成绩,也可提升教学水平,值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the teaching results of a pair of teaching models in the nursing teaching of respiratory department, and to provide a feasible teaching method for the improvement of nursing students' ability.
Methods A total of 40 nursing students who were interns in the respiratory department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (20) and control group (20). The nursing students in the observation group took the one-to-one belt teaching mode, while the nursing students in the control group took the traditional teaching mode. The examination scores of the two groups of nursing students were compared.
Results The examination scores of nursing students in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). In addition, the assessment of teaching clinical reasoning and reflective ability of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Finally, the evaluation of teaching satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The one-to-one teaching mode in the clinical probation of respiratory department can improve the exam scores and teaching level of nursing students, and it is worth popularizing.
