Effect of comfort care combined with health education in the perioperative period of interventional vascular surgery
舒适护理联合健康教育在介入血管外科围手术期的效果

摘要

目的 观察在介入血管外科围手术期患者中开展舒适护理联合健康教育的临床效果。方法 随机筛选在我院介入血管外科接受手术治疗的患者1105例开展分组研究，通过随机数字表法分成观察组553例与对照组552例，围手术期给予对照组患者常规护理，观察组开展舒适护理联合健康教育，对比并分析两组取得的护理效果。结果 两组结果比较后发现，观察组患者围手术期焦虑情绪改善效果优于对照组,护理治疗依从性与对照组相比明显提高,患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，疼痛程度轻于对照组，最终患者生活质量评分优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 对介入血管外科患者围手术期开展舒适护理联合健康教育干预，可有效提升患者的身心舒适度与配合度，减轻患者的疼痛程度，减少并发症发生，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfort care combined health education in perioperative patients of interventional vascular surgery.
Methods random screening in our interventional vascular surgery surgery 1105 patients in group study, through the observation group into 553 cases and 552 cases, perioperative control group patients routine care, observation group comfortable care combined health education, compare and analyze the nursing effect of the two groups.
Results After comparing the results of the two groups, it was found that the perioperative anxiety of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the compliance of nursing treatment was significantly improved compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications of the patients was significantly lower than that of the control group, the pain was less than that of the control group, and the patient quality of life score was better than that of the control group, (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Combined with health education intervention for interventional vascular surgery patients can effectively improve the physical and mental comfort and coordination of patients, reduce the pain degree of patients, reduce complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
