Analysis of the application value of nursing safety management in ophthalmic nursing management
护理安全管理在眼科护理管理中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 观察在进行眼科护理管理过程中开展护理安全管理的效果。方法 在本院眼科2023年5月至2024年4月收治病例中选择88例为对象，数字表随机排序划分对照组（44例，治疗期间开展常规护理管理）和观察组（44例，开展护理安全管理）。针对两组护理满意度、护理质量评分对比。结果 针对护理满意度对比，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。针对两组患者在治疗期间护理质量对比，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。不良事件发生率，官差在低于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对眼科患者护理管理过程中开展护理安全管理，可以提升对该部分患者护理质量，增加护理满意度，有助于患者恢复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effectiveness of implementing nursing safety management in the process of ophthalmic nursing management. Method 88 cases were selected from the ophthalmology department of our hospital from May 2023 to April 2024, and randomly divided into a control group (44 cases, with routine nursing management during treatment) and an observation group (44 cases, with nursing safety management) based on a numerical table. Comparison of nursing satisfaction and nursing quality scores between two groups. Result In terms of nursing satisfaction comparison, the observation group was higher than the control group, P<0.05. In terms of nursing quality comparison between the two groups of patients during treatment, the observation group was higher than the control group, P<0.05. The incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Implementing nursing safety management in the nursing management process of ophthalmic patients can improve the nursing quality of this group of patients, increase nursing satisfaction, and help patients recover.
