Study on the application value of nursing intervention model in arthroscopic treatment for patients with knee injury
护理干预模式在关节镜技术治疗膝关节损伤患者中的应用价值研究

摘要

目的 研究在关节镜技术治疗膝关节损伤患者中开展护理干预模式的临床应用价值。方法 随机筛选2023年5月至2024年5月期间在我医院接受关节镜技术治疗的膝关节损伤患者80例，将所有患者采取随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各有40例，对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组开展针对性护理干预，比两组护理效果。结果 观察组的护理管理质量以及患者依从性与对照组相比得到显著提升，患者的焦虑情绪以及疼痛程度同对照组相比均明显减轻，术后发生的并发症少于对照组，最终患者膝关节功能以及生活活动能力恢复效果优于对照组，患者的生活质量与对照组相比明显提高，(P＜0.05)。结论 将针对性护理干预应用于膝关节损伤行关节镜技术治疗患者管理中，可进一步提升临床护理服务质量以及患者的依从性，改善患者负性情绪，减轻患者的疼痛程度，减少并发症发生，促进患者膝关节功能恢复，提高患者生活活动能力及生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical value of nursing intervention in arthroscopic patients.
Methods 80 patients with knee joint injury receiving arthroscopy technology in our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024. All patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group gave routine nursing intervention, and the observation group carried out targeted nursing intervention, comparing the nursing effect of the two groups.
Results observation group quality of nursing management and the patient compliance is significantly improved compared with the control group, patients' anxiety and pain degree are significantly reduced compared with the control group, postoperative complications are less than the control group, the final patients knee function and life activity recovery effect is better than the control group, the quality of life of patients significantly improved compared with the control group, (P <0.05).
Conclusion   the targeted nursing intervention applied to knee injury arthroscopy treatment management, can further improve clinical nursing service quality and compliance of patients ', improve patients with negative mood, reduce pain degree, reduce complications, promote the knee function recovery, improve the patient life ability and quality of life.
