The implementation effect of fine nursing in the operating room nursing of thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer
胸腔镜下肺癌根治术手术室护理中精细化护理的实施效果

摘要

目的 分析在肺癌患者手术室护理中应用精细化护理的价值。方法 将2022年10月-2023年10月于我院就诊且接受胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的70例肺癌患者以简单随机法分35例对照组行常规护理，另35例为观察组行精细化护理，以压力性损伤、低体温，麻醉延迟苏醒、满意度等对比两组患者术后护理效果，再以睁眼时间、气管拔管时间、PACU滞留时间等对比整体预后效果；结果 护理后，观察组术后指标优于对照组，同时整体预后进程优于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 在肺癌手术室护理中应用精细化护理可降低手术压力性损伤和低体温概率，利于患者术后尽早苏醒和预后进程加快，患者满意度高，且有较好的手术护理体验。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of applying refined nursing in the nursing of lung cancer patients in the operating room. Method A total of 70 lung cancer patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer at our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 35 cases for routine care and an observation group of 35 cases for refined care. The postoperative care effects of the two groups were compared based on pressure injury, hypothermia, delayed recovery from anesthesia, satisfaction, etc. The overall prognosis was also compared based on factors such as eye opening time, tracheal extubation time, and PACU retention time; Result After nursing, the postoperative indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the overall prognosis was better than that of the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of refined nursing in the nursing of lung cancer operating rooms can reduce the probability of surgical pressure injury and hypothermia, facilitate early postoperative recovery of patients, accelerate the prognosis process, increase patient satisfaction, and provide a good surgical nursing experience.
