优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 明确优质护理方案对冠心病患者的具体影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的95例冠心病患者为分析对象，对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组（49例）、观察组（46例），在两组护理工作中，分别采取常规方案、优质护理方案，对两组睡眠质量、满意度以及生活质量等相关干预情况进行分析。结果 睡眠质量方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。满意度以及生活质量方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更高（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理方案在冠心病患者护理工作中的应用，可对患者睡眠质量产生积极影响，有助于将患者满意度与生活质量提升到新高度，这对提高冠心病护理效果有着重要意义。

Abstract

Objective To determine the specific impact of high-quality nursing programs on patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods A total of 95 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) treated in hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the analysis objects, and each patient was numbered and randomly selected to be divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (46 cases). In the nursing work of the two groups, routine nursing plan and high-quality nursing plan were respectively adopted. The sleep quality, satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.
Results In terms of sleep quality, the values of the observation group were lower than those of the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of satisfaction and quality of life, the values of the observation group were higher than those of the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of high-quality nursing programs in the nursing work of patients with coronary heart disease can have a positive impact on the sleep quality of patients, and help to raise the satisfaction and quality of life of patients to a new height, which has important significance for improving the nursing effect of coronary heart disease.
