The impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery
胃肠手术患者给予快速康复护理后对其术后恢复情况的影响

摘要

目的 探讨胃肠手术患者接受快速康复护理后对其术后恢复情况的影响。方法 选取2023年2月至2024年2月在我院接受胃肠手术治疗的80例患者作为研究对象，将这些患者随机分为参照组和实验组，每组各40例，参照组接受常规护理，实验组接受快速康复护理。对比两组术后恢复指标及并发症发生率。结果 实验组的肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间均短于参照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组的并发症总发生率显著低于参照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复护理模式在胃肠手术患者中的应用，不仅显著加快了患者康复进程，还有效降低了并发症发生率，提升了整体护理质量，是一种值得临床广泛推广的安全高效护理策略。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery. Method 80 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects. These patients were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation care. Compare the postoperative recovery indicators and incidence of complications between two groups. Result The experimental group had shorter anal exhaust time, eating time, getting out of bed activity time, and hospitalization time compared to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in gastrointestinal surgery patients not only significantly accelerates the patient's rehabilitation process, but also effectively reduces the incidence of complications and improves the overall nursing quality. It is a safe and efficient nursing strategy worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
