情景教学法和案例分析法联合应用于心内科护理教学中的意义研究

摘要

目的 探析心内科护理教学中采取情景教学法和案例分析法的效果。方法 本次研究对象为我院心内科护理实习生50名,抽取时间为2022年1月-2023年1月期间。以随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组,其中参考组采取常规教学法,实验组采取情景教学法联合案例分析法,每组25名。以教学效果、教学满意度评价两组效果。结果 经对比两组教学效果显示,实验组各项评分相比较参考组较高(P<0.05)。经对比两组教学满意度显示,实验组相比较参考组较高(P<0.05)。结论 心内科护理教学中采取情景教学法和案例分析法效果显著,能够提升教学效果,提高护理实习生的教学满意度。此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of adopting situational teaching method and case analysis method in nursing teaching of cardiology. Method The study subjects were 50 nursing interns in the cardiology department of our hospital, and the sampling period was from January 2022 to January 2023. Divide into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group adopts conventional teaching methods, while the experimental group adopts situational teaching combined with case analysis methods, with 25 students in each group. Evaluate two sets of effects based on teaching effectiveness and teaching satisfaction. Result After comparing the teaching effects of the two groups, it was found that the experimental group had higher scores compared to the reference group (P<0.05). After comparing the teaching satisfaction of the two groups, it was found that the experimental group had a higher level of satisfaction compared to the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of situational teaching method and case analysis method in cardiology nursing teaching has significant effects, can improve teaching effectiveness, and enhance the teaching satisfaction of nursing interns. This method is worth promoting.
