Study on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative esophageal cancer patients
综合护理干预对食道癌患者术后的影响研究

摘要

目的 研究综合护理干预对食道癌患者术后的影响。方法 试验选取76例在我院2021年3月—2022年3月收治的食道癌患者，通过EXCEL表格的随机分组函数，将患者分为常规组（38例）和综合组（38例），常规组与综合组均实施术后常规护理，常规组主要进行生命体征监测、交接工作以及常规科教宣讲，以提升患者对疾病的认知。综合组则在常规组的基础上，实施更为全面的综合护理措施，综合护理干预措施包括健康宣教、生命体征监测、术前准备与术中护理、术后护理与疼痛护理、饮食干预。结果 综合组患者的生存质量评分显著高于常规组（P<0.05)，且并发症发生率显著低于常规组（P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预能够有效提高食道癌患者术后的生存质量，降低并发症发生率，为临床护理提供一定的支持。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative esophageal cancer patients. Method A total of 76 esophageal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected for the experiment. The patients were randomly divided into a conventional group (38 cases) and a comprehensive group (38 cases) using an EXCEL table randomization function. Both the conventional group and the comprehensive group received routine postoperative care. The conventional group mainly underwent vital sign monitoring, handover work, and routine scientific and educational lectures to enhance patients' understanding of the disease. The comprehensive group implements more comprehensive nursing measures on the basis of the conventional group, including health education, vital sign monitoring, preoperative preparation and intraoperative care, postoperative care and pain care, and dietary intervention. The quality of life score of the comprehensive group patients was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05), and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of esophageal cancer patients after surgery, reduce the incidence of complications, and provide certain support for clinical nursing.
