摘要
目的 探讨将综合护理应用在中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的效果。方法 将本院确诊收治共86例慢性化肾功能衰竭患者随机划分2组（时段2023年2月至2024年2月），每组43例。全部患者接受中药结肠透析治疗，另外常规护理方案应用于对照组，综合护理方案应用于观察组。从情绪状态、肾功能指标、生存质量对2组干预效果进行评估。结果 焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）比较得知，观察组干预后均比对照组下降，统计学分析有意义（P＜0.05）。尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Scr）比较得知，观察组干预后均比对照组下降，统计学分析有意义（P＜0.05）。干预后观察组中文版肾脏病生存质量简表（KDQOL-SFTM）相比对照组升高更显著，统计学分析有意义（（P＜0.05）。结论 将综合护理应用在中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者中，可以让负性情绪得到明显减轻，有助于肾功能改善，明显提升生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of chronic renal failure patients with traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis. Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic renal failure diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups (from February 2023 to February 2024), with 43 cases in each group. All patients received traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis treatment, in addition to the conventional nursing plan applied to the control group, the comprehensive nursing plan applied to the observation group. The effects of intervention in the 2 groups were evaluated from emotional state, renal function index and quality of life. Results Compared with self-rating anxiety Scale (SAS) and self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), the observation group was lower than the control group after intervention, and the statistical analysis was significant (P < 0.05). The comparison of urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood creatinine (Scr) showed that the observation group was lower than the control group after intervention, and the statistical analysis was significant (P < 0.05). After intervention, the Chinese version of kidney disease quality of life table (KDQOL-SFTM) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the statistical analysis was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion s The application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of chronic renal failure patients with traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis can significantly reduce negative emotions, contribute to the improvement of renal function, and significantly improve the quality of life.
