研究耳鼻喉科护理中应用医护一体化模式的临床效果

摘要

目的 分析和研究在耳鼻喉科患者护理中实施医护一体化模式对提升患者生活质量及满意度起到的效果。方法 本次实验区间为2023年2月至2024年2月，随机选择该期间在本院耳鼻喉科实施治疗的60例患者为观察对象，将该时间段先进入医院治疗的30例患者划分为对照组，将后进入医院治疗的30例患者划分为观察组，护理后对两组患者基本情况实施对比。结果 对比研究结果可以得知，从多个方面看观察组患者生活质量得分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者对护理服务持有满意态度的人数占比93.33%，对照组为76.67%，差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 将医护一体化模式应用在耳鼻喉科护理中能够为患者提供全面、优质的护理服务，因此能从护理质量保障中实现患者生活质量和临床满意度的提升。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effect of implementing the integrated medical care model in otolaryngology patient care on improving the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
Methods The experimental period was from February 2023 to February 2024. 60 patients who received treatment in the ENT department of our hospital during this period were randomly selected as observation objects, and 30 patients who entered the hospital for treatment during this period were divided into the control group and 30 patients who entered the hospital for treatment later were divided into the observation group. After nursing, the basic conditions of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results It can be seen from the comparative study results that the quality of life score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group from many aspects (P < 0.05). 93.33% of patients in the observation group were satisfied with nursing services, and 76.67% of patients in the control group were satisfied with nursing services, the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of integrated medical care model in ENT nursing can provide patients with comprehensive and high-quality nursing services, so the quality of life and clinical satisfaction of patients can be improved from the guarantee of nursing quality.
