Cause analysis and nursing experience of lumbar and leg pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation
腰椎间盘突出症病人腰腿疼痛原因分析及护理体会

摘要

目的 分析腰椎间盘突出症病人腰腿疼痛原因，并观察实施综合护理干预对其改善作用。方法 抽选本院2022年9月至2023年9月收治腰椎间盘突出症病人，共入组90例并随机划分2组。其中45例归入对照组，实施常规护理；另45例归入观察组，实施综合护理。对比2组疼痛程度、腰椎功能及护理满意度。结果 观察组干预3天、1周、2周、4周时疼痛数字评分法（NRS）相比对照组显著降低，2组存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。观察组干预后日本骨科协会评估治疗分数（JOA）相比对照组显著提高，Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）相比对照组显著下降，2组存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。观察组护理总满意率相比对照组显著提高，2组存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 腰椎间盘突出症病人合并程度不等的腰腿疼痛，对其实施综合护理有助于缓解疼痛，促进腰椎功能改善，患者对其更为满意。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the causes of lumbar and leg pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation, and observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on its improvement.
Methods A total of 90 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into 2 groups. Among them, 45 cases were classified into the control group and received routine nursing. Another 45 cases were assigned to the observation group for comprehensive nursing. The pain degree, lumbar function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results The pain numerical score (NRS) at 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). After intervention, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluation treatment score (JOA) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  s Patients with lumbar disc herniation complicated with varying degrees of lumbar and leg pain, the implementation of comprehensive nursing can help relieve pain, promote the improvement of lumbar function, the patients are more satisfied with it.
