The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pediatric diarrhea and its impact on gastrointestinal function
综合护理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用效果及其对胃肠功能的影响

摘要

目的 探析实施综合护理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用效果及其对胃肠功能的影响作用。方法 选择我院2023.2-2024.2，一年间收治的50例小儿腹泻患者作为此次研究的目标对象。将患者按照护理方法的不同随机分为对照组（25例，使用常规护理）和研究组（25例，实施综合护理干预）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，研究组患者的止吐时间、止泻时间、大便正常时间、退热时间均较对照组更短，炎性因子指标较对照组更低，，差异具有统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿腹泻患者护理过程中，综合护理干预可以有效改善患者的炎性因子指标，促进临床症状消失，有显著的应用意义。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pediatric diarrhea and its impact on gastrointestinal function. Method Fifty pediatric diarrhea patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to April 2022 were selected as the target subjects of this study. Patients were randomly divided into a control group (25 cases, receiving routine care) and a study group (25 cases, receiving comprehensive nursing intervention) according to different nursing methods. Collect and analyze the effects of nursing care on two groups of patients. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care. The study group had shorter antiemetic time, antidiarrheal time, normal bowel movement time, and fever reducing time compared to the control group, and lower inflammatory factor indicators compared to the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing process of pediatric diarrhea patients, comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively improve the inflammatory factor indicators of patients, promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms, and have significant application significance.
