摘要
目的 明确互动沟通模式在胃肠外科临床护理带教中的应用价值。方法 研究纳入2023年1月-2023年12月中胃肠外科临床护生28例,随机数字法划分为对照组与观察组,各14例,分别采取常规模式、互动沟通模式开展两组护理带教工作,分析不同带教模式应用效果。结果 相较于对照组,观察组理论知识掌握程度、护理技术应用、综合能力等各数据值更高(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组各项满意度数据值更高(P<0.05)。结论 于胃肠外科临床护理带教中应用互动沟通模式,有利于提高护生理论知识掌握程度、护理技术应用水平、综合能力,为胃肠外科临床护生提供更为满意的带教方案。

Abstract
Objective To clarify the application value of interactive communication mode in clinical nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery. Methods A total of 28 clinical nursing students in gastrointestinal surgery from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 14 cases in each group. The two groups were carried out nursing teaching in conventional mode and interactive communication mode respectively, and the application effects of different nursing teaching modes were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the theoretical knowledge mastery, nursing technology application, comprehensive ability and other data values of the observation group were higher (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the satisfaction data of the observation group were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of interactive communication mode in clinical nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery is conducive to improving the theoretical knowledge, the application level of nursing technology and the comprehensive ability of nursing students, and providing a more satisfactory teaching program for clinical nursing students of gastrointestinal surgery.
