摘要
目的 探讨PBL教学模式在眼科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 从2022年1月到2023年1月一年内在我院眼科实习的护生中抽选60例作为研究对象,对60名护生进行分组,分别为实验组(n=30,实行PBL教学模式)和对照组(n=30,实行传统教学模式)。对比两组护生的主观知识评分、基础护理操作规范评分、病史采集与处理评分以及对教学模式的满意度。结果 实验组主观知识评分、基础护理操作规范评分、病史采集与处理评分以及满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学模式在眼科护理教学中的应用能够有效提升学生的学习效果和临床实践能力,值得在护理教育中推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching mode in ophthalmic nursing education. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 60 nursing students who interned in our ophthalmology department were selected as research subjects and divided into experimental group (n=30, implementing PBL teaching mode) and control group (n=30, implementing traditional teaching mode). Compare the subjective knowledge score, basic nursing operation standard score, medical history collection and processing score, and satisfaction with the teaching mode between two groups of nursing students. Results The subjective knowledge score, basic nursing operation standard score, medical history collection and processing score, and satisfaction score of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching mode in ophthalmic nursing education can effectively improve students' learning outcomes and clinical practice abilities, and is worthy of promotion and application in nursing education.
