案例导入式情景教学在心血管内科护理教学中的价值

摘要

目的 探讨案例导入式情景教学在心血管内科护理教学中的应用价值。方法 选取在我院的心血管内科实习的护理学生50名为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组25名。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用案例导入式情景教学法。通过理论知识考核成绩与实践操作考核成绩,对比两组教学效果。采用问卷调查方式对比两组实习护理学生教学满意度。结果 实验组学生的理论知识考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩及教学满意度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 案例导入式情景教学在心血管内科护理教学中具有较高的应用价值,提高显著提高学生的学习成绩,使学生更好地掌握心血管相关知识,提高教学满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of case-based scenario teaching in cardiovascular nursing education.
Methods Fifty nursing students who were interning in the cardiovascular department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 25 students in each group. The control group used traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group used case-based situational teaching methods. Compare the teaching effectiveness of the two groups based on their scores in theoretical knowledge assessment and practical operation assessment. Using a questionnaire survey to compare the teaching satisfaction of two groups of internship nursing students.
Results The theoretical knowledge assessment scores, practical operation assessment scores, and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group students were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Case based scenario teaching has high application value in cardiovascular nursing teaching, significantly improving students' academic performance, enabling them to better grasp cardiovascular related knowledge, and enhancing teaching satisfaction.
