SPOC的沉浸式教学方法在心内科护理实践教学中的作用分析

摘要

目的 观察在开展心内科护理实践教学中实施SPOC的沉浸式教学方法的价值。方法 在2023年6月至12月本院心内科实习护士中选择50名为对象,随机排序划分对照组(25名,常规教学)和观察组(25名,开展SPOC的沉浸式教学)。针对两组教学效果进行评估。结果 观察组教学后理论知识考核与实践能力考核评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。实习护士教学评价,观察组各维度均高于对照组,P<0.05。针对两组教学满意度对比,观察组为100.00%(25/25),高于对照组80.00%(20/25),P<0.05。结论 在开展心内科护理实践教学过程中实施SPOC的沉浸式教学,可以提升实习护士理论知识以及实践操作能力水平,增加教学满意度,综合保障教学质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the value of implementing the immersive teaching method of SPOC in the practical teaching of cardiology nursing.
Methods 50 intern nurses in the cardiology department of our hospital from June to December 2023 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into a control group (25, regular teaching) and an observation group (25, conducting SPOC immersive teaching). Evaluate the teaching effectiveness of two groups.
Results The theoretical knowledge assessment and practical ability assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after teaching, P<0.05. The evaluation of internship nurse teaching showed that the observation group was higher than the control group in all dimensions, P<0.05. Regarding the comparison of teaching satisfaction between the two groups, the observation group was 100.00% (25/25), higher than the control group 80.00% (20/25), P<0.05.
Conclusion   Implementing SPOC immersive teaching in the process of cardiology nursing practice teaching can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability level of internship nurses, increase teaching satisfaction, and comprehensively ensure teaching quality.
