The value of nursing health education in preventing pressure ulcers after internal fixation of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients
护理健康教育预防老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后压疮的价值研究

摘要

目的 研究护理健康教育预防老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后压疮的价值。方法 研究选取了2021年7月至2022年7月间在我院收治的74例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，随机分为常规组和教育组。教育组在常规护理的基础上接受专项和深入的护理与健康教育，包括成立护理小组、制定个性化护理方案、使用修订后的Braden评分法对患者进行风险分组，以及在健康教育方面进行心理教育、压疮指导与护理、功能指导等。结果 教育组在NSNS评分、Hsrris评分、骨折并发症知识、功能锻炼知识、压疮预防知识等方面均优于常规组（P>0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 护理健康教育可以提高患者对疾病的认识和自我护理能力，有效预防压疮的发生。建议在老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后的护理实践中推广应用护理健康教育，以降低压疮的发生率，提高患者的生活质量和满意度。

Abstract

Objective To study the value of nursing health education in preventing pressure sores after internal fixation of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.
Methods 74 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into routine group and education group. The education group received special and in-depth nursing and health education on the basis of routine nursing, including the establishment of nursing groups, the formulation of personalized nursing plans, the use of revised Braden scoring method to group patients with risk, and the psychological education, pressure ulcer guidance and nursing, functional guidance, etc., in the aspect of health education.
Results The education group was superior to the conventional group in NSNS score, Hsrris score, fracture complication knowledge, functional exercise knowledge and pressure sore prevention knowledge (P>0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   Nursing health education can improve patients' understanding of the disease and self-care ability, and effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcer. It is suggested to promote the application of nursing health education in nursing practice after internal fixation of intertrochanteric fracture of elderly femur, so as to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
