Effect of individualized nutrition nursing on blood glucose control and rehabilitation of patients with limb fracture and diabetes
个性化营养护理对肢体骨折合并糖尿病患者血糖控制及康复的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析肢体骨折合并糖尿病患者采用个性化营养护理对血糖控制及康复的影响。方法 选取2022年8月至2023年8月在我院接受治疗的50例肢体骨折合并糖尿病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各组25例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用个性化营养护理。比较两组患者干预后的血糖控制情况、并发症发生率、骨折愈合时间及住院时间。结果 干预后，观察组患者的血糖控制情况、并发症发生率、骨折愈合时间及住院时间都显著优于对照组。其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 个性化营养护理可以有效的控制肢体骨折合并糖尿病患者血糖指标，还可以缩短患者骨折愈合时间及住院时间，还能降低并发症发生率。对患者的康复有着积极的影响。值得在临床上推广和使用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nutritional care on blood glucose control and rehabilitation in patients with limb fracture and diabetes.
Methods 50 patients with limb fracture complicated with diabetes who were treated in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received personalized nutritional care. Compare the blood glucose control, incidence of complications, fracture healing time, and hospital stay between two groups of patients after intervention.
Results After intervention, the blood glucose control, incidence of complications, fracture healing time, and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Individualized nutrition nursing can effectively control the blood glucose index of patients with limb fracture and diabetes, shorten the time of fracture healing and hospitalization, and reduce the incidence of complications. It has a positive impact on the patient's recovery. It is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
