混合式教学模式在心内科护理教学中的研究

摘要

目的 探析心内科护理教学中行混合式教学模式的效果。方法 将于本院2022年1月~2023年1月期间实习的60名实习护生为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为参考组和实验组,前者行常规教学法,后者行混合式教学模式(CBL+PBL),每组30名。评价两组教学效果。结果 实验组理论、操作成绩显著高于参考组(P<0.05)。实验组教学满意度显著高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论 心内科护理教学中行混合式教学模式能够提升实习护生的理论、操作成绩,从而提高实习生的教学满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of blended learning mode in cardiology nursing teaching.
Methods Sixty nursing interns who interned at our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The former received conventional teaching methods, while the latter received blended learning mode (CBL + PBL), with 30 students in each group. Evaluate the teaching effectiveness of two groups.
Results The theoretical and operational performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction with teaching in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The blended learning model in cardiology nursing teaching can improve the theoretical and operational performance of nursing interns, thereby enhancing their teaching satisfaction.
