Exploration of the application value of psychological nursing in psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation
心理护理在精神科治疗康复中的应用价值探讨

摘要

目的 探究精神科疾病患者治疗康复中应用心理护理的效果。方法 本次研究对象为62例精神科疾病患者，抽取时间为：2023年8月~2024年4月。以随机数字表法将上述患者分为参考组及实验组，其中前者行常规康复护理，后者在上述基础上采取心理护理，每组31例。以心理护理有效率、不良情况发生率对两组护理效果进行评价。结果 对比两组心理护理有效率显示，实验组显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。对比两组不良情况发生率显示，实验组显低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 精神科疾病患者治疗康复中应用心理护理的效果凸显，能够对患者的心理状态予以改善，减少不良情况发生，此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of applying psychological nursing in the treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
Methods The study subjects were 62 patients with psychiatric disorders, and the sampling period was from August 2023 to May 2024. The above patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The former received routine rehabilitation care, while the latter received psychological care on the basis of the above, with 31 patients in each group. Evaluate the nursing effects of two groups based on the effectiveness of psychological nursing and the incidence of adverse situations.
Results Comparing the effective rates of psychological care between the two groups, the experimental group showed significantly higher rates than the reference group (P < 0.05). The comparison of the incidence of adverse events between the two groups showed that the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of psychological nursing in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with psychiatric disorders has a prominent effect, which can improve their psychological state and reduce the occurrence of adverse situations. This method is worth promoting.
