Clinical effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery
腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者开展综合护理干预的临床效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者的临床护理方案中应用综合护理干预的医学意义。方法将2022年10月-2023年10月内于本院就诊且接受了腹部手术后发生粘连性肠梗阻的患者60例作为研究对象，以随机方法分对照组30例常规护理，观察组30例综合护理干预，对比两组胃肠恢复情况以及预后效果。结果 实施不同护理后，观察组胃肠恢复情况护理指标相较对照组更优，睡眠、疼痛等预后效果和满意度相较对照组也更优，指标对比均有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 综合护理干预模式应用于腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者，可加速胃肠功能恢复和转归，患者疼痛低、机体舒适性强，满意度较高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical significance of applying comprehensive nursing interventions in the clinical nursing plan of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery.
Methods Sixty patients who underwent abdominal surgery and developed adhesive intestinal obstruction in our hospital between October 2022 and October 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group of 30 patients receiving routine nursing care and an observation group of 30 patients receiving comprehensive nursing intervention. The gastrointestinal recovery and prognosis of the two groups were compared.
Results After implementing different nursing interventions, the nursing indicators for gastrointestinal recovery in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the prognostic effects and satisfaction of sleep, pain, etc. were also better than those in the control group. The comparison of indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comprehensive nursing intervention mode in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery can accelerate the recovery and outcome of gastrointestinal function, with low pain, high body comfort and satisfaction.
