Value analysis of high-quality nursing in improving the quality of outpatient guidance nursing
优质护理在提升门诊导医护理质量中的价值分析

摘要

目的 分析门诊中应用优质护理对提升门诊导医护理质量中的效果。方法 纳入2022年6月~2023年6月门诊患者78例，使用随机数字表法分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（优质护理）各39例，对比两组护理效果。结果 对比两组导医护理质量显示，在分诊护理、导诊服务、护理安全、健康教育、安全运送和护理行为规范维度，观察组评分均高于对照组；对比两组患者护理满意度显示，在仪表举止、沟通技巧、专业能力、服务态度和健康宣教维度，观察组评分均高于对照组，差异均存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在门诊导医中实施优质护理能够显著提升护理质量，让患者提升就医过程中的护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing in outpatient clinics on improving the quality of outpatient guidance nursing.
Methods 78 outpatient patients from June 2022 to June 2023 were included and randomly divided into a control group (routine nursing) and an observation group (high-quality nursing), with 39 patients in each group, using a random number table method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Comparing the quality of guided nursing between the two groups, the observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of triage nursing, guided nursing services, nursing safety, health education, safe transportation, and nursing behavior norms; Comparing the nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients, the observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of appearance, communication skills, professional ability, service attitude, and health education dimensions, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing high-quality nursing in outpatient guidance can significantly improve the quality of nursing and increase patients' satisfaction with nursing during the medical process.
