Applied effect of personalized care in bone marrow transplant patients in acute leukemia
急性白血病骨髓移植患者中个性化护理的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析急性白血病骨髓移植患者中个性化护理的应用效果。方法 实验收入样本均为我院2023年5月至2024年5月期间收治急性白血病骨髓移植患者，共计人数60例，以电脑随机分组方式作为标准，将参与者均分为两组，即对照组（常规护理），观察组（个性化护理），对实施过程中两组患者相关指标数据作整理记录，结合统计学系统进行对比观察，分析个性化护理干预应用价值。结果 观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分及并发症数据均低于另一组，护理工作满意度数据相比另一组呈现出较高优势性，组间对比P值﹤0.05，可见统计学意义。结论 对急性白血病骨髓移植患者实施个性化护理干预可明显缓解其不良情绪，促进疗效提升，降低并发症发生率，提高护理工作满意度，整体效果确切，适合推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of personalized care in acute leukemia.
Methods experimental income samples are our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 for acute leukemia bone marrow transplant patients, a total of 60 cases, with computer randomization as a standard, the participants are divided into two groups, namely the control group (routine care), observation group (personalized care), in the implementation of two groups of patients related index data sorting records, combined with the statistical system comparison observation, analysis of personalized nursing intervention application value.
Results The data of anxiety and depression scores and complications of patients in the observation group were lower than that of the other group, and the data of nursing job satisfaction showed high superiority compared with the other group. The P value was 0.05, which showed statistical significance.
Conclusion   The personalized nursing intervention for acute leukemia bone marrow transplant patients can significantly relieve their bad mood, promote the improvement of curative effect, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the satisfaction of nursing work, etc. The overall effect is accurate, which is suitable for promotion.
