摘要
目的 探讨人文护理关怀对ICU患者健康知识掌握程度和护理满意度的影响。方法 选择2023年3月至2024年3月收治的ICU患者100例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50例,常规护理)与观察组(n=50例,人文护理关怀)。对比两组患者健康知识掌握程度、自我管理能力、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果 观察组健康知识掌握程度、自我管理能力、生活质量以及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人文护理关怀有助于提高ICU患者的健康知识水平和护理满意度,在ICU护理工作中应积极推广人文护理关怀模式,以提升护理质量和患者的就医体验。

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of humanistic nursing care on the level of health knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction of ICU patients. Methods 100 ICU patients admitted from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=50, receiving routine care) and an observation group (n=50, receiving humanistic nursing care) using a random number table method. Compare the level of health knowledge mastery, self-management ability, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. Results The observation group had higher levels of health knowledge mastery, self-management ability, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing care can help improve the health knowledge level and nursing satisfaction of ICU patients. The humanistic nursing care model should be actively promoted in ICU nursing work to enhance nursing quality and patients' medical experience.
