Application of ABC emotional nursing combined with health education in male infertility patients with asthenozoospermia
ABC情绪护理结合健康教育在弱精症男性不育患者中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析ABC情绪护理结合健康教育在弱精症男性不育患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年6月至2024年6月在我院接受治疗的60例弱精症男性不育患者为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为参照组和实验组，每组30例，参照组接受常规护理，实验组在此基础上接受ABC情绪护理结合健康教育，对比两组的SAS、SDS评分以及生理知识认知情况。结果 干预后，实验组的SAS及SDS评分显著低于参照组（P<0.05）；实验组的生理知识认知评分显著高于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 ABC情绪护理结合健康教育不仅能改善弱精症男性不育患者的心理状态，还能提高其对疾病的认知水平，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of ABC emotional nursing combined with health education in male infertility patients with asthenozoospermia.
Methods Sixty male infertility patients with asthenozoospermia who received treatment in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received ABC emotional care combined with health education on this basis. The psychological state scores and physiological knowledge cognition of the two groups were compared.
Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05); The cognitive score of physiological knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of ABC emotional nursing and health education can not only improve the psychological state of male infertility patients with asthenozoospermia, but also enhance their understanding of the disease, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
