The role of whole process nursing intervention in patients with acute pericardial tamponade during cardiac intervention surgery
全程护理干预在心脏介入术中并发急性心包填塞患者中的作用观察

摘要

目的 探讨全程护理干预在心脏介入术中并发急性心包填塞患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院 2020年1月至2023年12月期间行心脏介入术并发急性心包填塞的30例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各15例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予全程护理干预。比较两组患者的焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、并发症发生率及满意度。结果 干预后，观察组患者的 SAS 评分、SDS 评分、并发症发生率及满意度都优于对照组，（P< 0.05）。结论 全程护理干预可有效改善心脏介入术中并发急性心包填塞患者的心理状态，降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度对患者的康复和治疗效果具有积极作用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of whole process nursing intervention in patients with acute pericardial tamponade during cardiac intervention.
Methods Fifty patients who underwent cardiac intervention and developed acute pericardial tamponade in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received full course nursing intervention. Compare the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores, Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores, incidence of complications, and satisfaction between two groups of patients.
Results After intervention, the SAS score, SDS score, incidence of complications, and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Whole process nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with acute pericardial tamponade during cardiac intervention, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction, which has a positive effect on patient recovery and treatment outcomes.
