Application research of electromagnetic wave therapy device in pain care of brucellosis
电磁波治疗器在布氏杆菌病疼痛护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨布氏杆菌病患者临床行疼痛护理时使用电磁波治疗器的应用效果。方法 纳入我院2016.10~2024.10内收治的布氏杆菌病患者1200例，采用患者入院顺序分为对照组（给予疼痛护理）和观察组（加用电磁波治疗器）各600例，对比两组应用效果。结果 干预前两组间关节疼痛情况和血清水平差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预后观察组患者关节评分高于对照组，血清水平[C反应蛋白（CRP）、降钙素原（PCT）、红细胞沉降率（ESR）白细胞介素（IL）]和并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异均存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在布氏杆菌病患者疼痛护理中使用电磁波治疗器干预能够减轻患者关节疼痛，优化血清情况，使用安全性更高，以加快患者恢复，具有应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of electromagnetic wave therapy device in pain care of patients with brucellosis in clinical practice.
Methods 1200 patients with brucellosis admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2024 were included. The patients were divided into a control group (receiving pain care) and an observation group (receiving electromagnetic wave therapy) with 600 patients in each group according to their admission order. The application effects of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no statistically significant difference in joint pain and serum levels between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the joint scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the serum levels [C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), interleukin (IL)] and incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of electromagnetic wave therapy devices in pain care for patients with brucellosis can alleviate joint pain, optimize serum levels, increase safety, accelerate patient recovery, and has practical value.
