健康教育护理联合叙事护理模式对多发性骨髓瘤患者护理效果的影响

摘要

目的 探讨多发性骨髓瘤在健康教育及叙事护理后对患者护理效果的影响。方法 选择本院血液风湿免疫科2023年1月至2024年1月期间收治的50例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分组后得出对照组与观察组,每组各25例。将常规护理模式用于对照组,观察组采取健康教育联合叙事护理实施干预,对不同护理模式下所取得的指标效果展开计算与统计学分析。结果 在开展护理工作前,2组疼痛测评分值经评估差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在开展护理工作后,评测分值均有降低,且观察组居更低水平(P<0.05)。组与组之间测得干预前SAS、SDS分值呈较高水平(P>0.05);后续干预得出25例观察组两项分值呈更低显示(P<0.05)。结论 将健康教育联合叙事护理共同用于多发性骨髓瘤患者的护理中,不仅能减轻患者的疼痛感受,还能改善其负面情绪,使之积极面对疾病,进而取得理想的护理效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of multiple myeloma health education and narrative nursing on patient care.
Methods 50 patients with multiple myeloma admitted to the Department of Hematology, Rheumatology and Immunology of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The conventional nursing mode was applied to the control group, and the observation group took health education combined with narrative nursing to implement intervention. The index effects of different nursing modes were calculated and statistically analyzed.
Results Before nursing work, there was no significant difference in pain assessment scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After the nursing work, the evaluation scores were decreased, and the observation group was lower (P<0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS before intervention were higher among groups (P>0.05). Subsequent intervention showed that the scores of two items were lower in the 25 observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of health education and narrative nursing in the nursing of multiple myeloma patients can not only reduce the pain of patients, but also improve their negative emotions, so that they can face the disease positively, and then achieve the ideal nursing effect.
