The application effect of nursing forward service in shortening the waiting time of cancer outpatient patients
护理前移服务在缩短肿瘤门诊患者候诊时间中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析在肿瘤门诊患者的临床护理方案中应用护理前移服务的影响效力。方法 回顾性收集分析在2022年5月前肿瘤门诊中应用常规护理的100例患者候诊资料，将该组设置为对照组，再回顾性收集分析2022年6月后肿瘤门诊中应用护理前移服务的100例患者候诊资料，将该组设置为观察组，对比两组患者候诊时间以及候诊投诉率和NHISS护理满意评分。结果 观察组候诊时间、离院时间、投诉率相较对照组更优，而在护理满意评分，观察组NSNS护理满意评分相较对照组更优，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 将护理前移服务护理模式应用于肿瘤门诊患者，可提高患者就诊速度，加快就诊进程，患者投诉率低，满意度高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact and effectiveness of applying nursing forward services in the clinical nursing plan of cancer outpatient patients.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the waiting data of 100 patients who received routine nursing care in the tumor outpatient department before May 2022. This group was set as the control group. Then, a retrospective analysis was conducted on the waiting data of 100 patients who received nursing forward services in the tumor outpatient department after June 2022. This group was set as the observation group. The waiting time, waiting complaint rate, and NHISS nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.
Results The waiting time, departure time, and complaint rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group. In terms of nursing satisfaction score, the NSNS nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the indicator comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Applying the nursing forward service nursing model to cancer outpatient patients can improve the speed of patient visits, accelerate the treatment process, reduce patient complaint rates, and increase satisfaction.
