急诊护理风险管理在急性胸痛患者抢救中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析急性胸痛患者抢救中行急诊护理风险管理的效果。方法 此次研究对象取自本院2022年1月-2023年1月，为69例急性胸痛患者。分组方法为随机数字表法，分为参考组（34例）和实验组（35例）。前者予以常规急诊护理管理，后者行急诊护理风险管理。评估两组抢救时间、心血管事件发生率。结果 经对比抢救时间可见，实验组显短于参考组（P＜0.05）。经对比心血管事件发生率显示，实验组（5.71%）显低于参考组（23.53%）（P＜0.05）。结论 急性胸痛患者抢救中行急诊护理风险管理，可显著缩短患者的抢救时间，降低心血管事件发生。此种方法值得推广于临床。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of emergency nursing risk management in the rescue of patients with acute chest pain.
Methods The subjects of this study were 69 patients with acute chest pain who were enrolled in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023. The grouping method is random number table method, divided into a reference group (34 cases) and an experimental group (35 cases). The former is subject to routine emergency nursing management, while the latter is subject to emergency nursing risk management. Evaluate the rescue time and incidence of cardiovascular events for two groups.
Results After comparing the rescue time, it can be seen that the experimental group was significantly shorter than the reference group (P<0.05). After comparing the incidence of cardiovascular events, the experimental group (5.71%) was significantly lower than the reference group (23.53%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Emergency nursing risk management during the rescue of patients with acute chest pain can significantly shorten the rescue time and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events. This method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
