The application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the perioperative period of cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization
快速康复外科护理在脑动脉瘤介入栓塞术围手术期的应用效果

摘要

目的 探究快速康复外科护理对脑动脉瘤介入栓塞术围手术期患者的影响。方法 研究纳入2023年2月-2024年2月中满足脑动脉瘤诊断标准的99例患者，利用随机数字表法安排为两组，对照组与观察组分别57、52例患者，对照组行常规护理干预，观察组行快速康复外科护理干预，对不同干预效果进行比较分析。结果 相较于对照组，观察组总并发症发生率占比更少（P<0.05）。相较于对照组，行干预后观察组神经功能、运动功能、独立生活能力等各数据值更佳（P<0.05）。结论 于脑动脉瘤患者中施以快速康复外科护理，可促进患者神经功能、运动功能、独立生活能力等恢复，减少并发症发生风险。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on perioperative patients undergoing interventional embolization of cerebral aneurysms.
Methods A total of 99 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebral aneurysms from February 2023 to mid-February 2024 were included in the study and divided into two groups by random number table method, 57 patients in the control group and 52 patients in the observation group, respectively. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention, and the effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of total complications in the observation group was less (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the neurological function, motor function, independent living ability and other data values of the observation group were better after intervention (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral aneurysm can promote the recovery of neurological function, motor function and independent living ability, and reduce the risk of complications.
