Causes and countermeasures of nursing safety hazards of elderly patients in primary hospitals
基层医院老年患者护理安全隐患发生的原因及防范对策

摘要

目的 研究基层医院老年患者在护理中的安全隐患及其预防措施。方法 本研究选取2022年5月至2024年5月在我院治疗的500例老年患者，随机分为常规组和干预组，每组250例。常规组采用传统护理方式；干预组实施针对性的护理风险预防措施。本研究比较两组的护理效果和患者满意度。结果 在护理满意度和生活质量方面，干预组表现出较常规组更优的结果，同时，干预组中不良事件的发生频率明显低于常规组。这两组之间的数据差异达到了统计学上的显著性（P<0.05）。结论 基层医院采用针对性的预防措施能有效提升老年患者的护理满意度，优化其生活质量指标，并且能显著降低不良事件的发生率。

Abstract

Objective To study the safety hazards and preventive measures in nursing of elderly patients in primary hospitals.
Methods A total of 500 elderly patients treated in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into routine group and intervention group, with 250 cases in each group. The conventional group adopted the traditional nursing method; The intervention group implemented targeted nursing risk prevention measures. This study compared nursing outcomes and patient satisfaction between the two groups.
Results In terms of nursing satisfaction and quality of life, the intervention group showed better results than the conventional group, and the frequency of adverse events in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted preventive measures in primary hospitals can effectively improve nursing satisfaction of elderly patients, optimize their quality of life index, and significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events.
