Observation on the implementation of humanistic care nursing in the psychological care of elderly patients
人文关怀护理在老年患者心理护理中的实施观察

摘要

目的 探析老年患者心理护理中采取人文关怀护理的效果。方法 将82例老年患者设为研究对象，抽取于本院，抽取时间范围为2023年2月-2024年2月期间。通过采取随机数字表法将上述患者分为参考组及实验组。其中参考组行常规心理护理，实验组则采取人文关怀护理干预，每组41例，评价两组效果。结果 实验组负面情绪评分低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护患纠纷发生率低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 老年患者心理护理中采取人文关怀护理效果更为凸显，能够显著缓解其负面情绪，减少护患纠纷发生。此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of adopting humanistic care in psychological care for elderly patients.
Methods 82 elderly patients were selected as the study subjects and selected from our hospital, with a sampling period from February 2023 to February 2024. The above patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group by using a random number table method. The reference group received routine psychological care, while the experimental group received humanistic care intervention, with 41 cases in each group. The effects of the two groups were evaluated.
Results The negative emotion score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of nurse patient disputes in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of humanistic care in psychological care for elderly patients has a more prominent effect, which can significantly alleviate their negative emotions, reduce the occurrence of nurse patient disputes, and help improve their quality of life.
