护理干预对肾内科老年患者安全护理方面的影响

摘要

目的 分析护理干预对肾内科老年患者安全护理方面的影响。方法 将我院肾内科于2023年8月-2024年4月收治的76例老年患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各38例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组在应用针对性护理，对比两组安全认知评分、安全事故发生率、护理满意度。结果 观察组安全认知评分显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。观察组安全事故发生率显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 在肾内科老年患者安全护理方面应用针对性护理效果显著，可有效提升患者安全认知，降低安全事故发生风险，从而提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of nursing intervention on the safety care of elderly patients in the Department of Nephrology.
Methods 76 elderly patients admitted to the Department of Nephrology of our hospital from August 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group through the random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group applied routine nursing, and the observation group applied targeted nursing. The safety cognitive scores, safety accident incidence rates, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The safety cognitive score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the contrast between the groups was significant (P<0.05). The incidence rate of safety accidents in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the contrast between the groups was obvious (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the contrast between the groups was obvious (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of targeted nursing in the safety care of elderly patients in the Department of Nephrology has a significant effect, which can effectively improve patients' safety awareness, reduce the risk of safety accidents, and thereby improve nursing satisfaction.
