超声药物导入对胸腰椎骨折患者腹胀的护理效果分析

摘要

目的 分析超声药物导入对胸腰椎骨折患者腹胀护理的效果。方法 选择 2022年 2月—2022年5月在我院脊柱外科住院的胸腰椎骨折患者50例患者为对照组，选择2023年11月—2024年2月在我院脊柱外科住院的胸腰椎骨折患者50例患者为观察组。对照组50例患者给予常规腹胀护理，观察组50例患者在此基础上给予超声药物导入护理，比较两组在护理指标、腹胀护理效果以及生活质量上的差异。结果 观察组的首次排气时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间低于对照组，观察组的腹胀护理有效率高于对照组，观察组的生活质量高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 超声药物导入对胸腰椎骨折患者腹胀护理效果显著，能够显著缩短首次排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间，促进患者康复，生活质量得到提升。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound drug introduction on abdominal distension in patients with thoracolumbar fracture.
Methods Fifty patients with thoracolumbar fracture admitted to the Department of Spine Surgery of our hospital from February 2022 to May 2022 were selected as the control group, and 50 patients with thoracolumbar fracture admitted to the Department of Spine Surgery of our hospital from November 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the observation group. 50 patients in the control group were given routine abdominal distension care, and 50 patients in the observation group were given ultrasound drug introduction care on this basis, Comparing the differences in nursing indicators, abdominal distension, and quality of life.
Results The time of first exhaust, defecation time and bowel sound in the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the nursing rate of abdominal distension was higher than that of the control group, and the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Ultrasound drug introduction has a significant effect on abdominal distension nursing of patients with thoracolumbaric fracture, which can significantly shorten the time of first exhaust, first defecation and intestinal sound recovery, and promote the recovery of patients, The quality of life has been improved.
