The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on nursing quality and cognitive function of patients with acute cerebral infarction
综合护理干预对急性脑梗死患者护理质量及认知功能的影响

摘要

目的 探析急性脑梗死患者采取综合护理干预的效果。方法 本次研究对象为64例急性脑梗死患者，抽取自本院2023年1月-2024年1月期间。按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，每组32例。其中参考组采取常规护理，实验组采取综合护理。对两组护理后的效果予以对比分析。结果 实验组护理质量相比参考组较高（P＜0.05）。护理前两组认知功能评分对比差异小（P＞0.05）。护理后实验组认知功能评分高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 急性脑梗死患者采取综合护理干预效果确切，可有助于提高患者的认知功能，提升护理质量。此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with acute cerebral infarction.
Methods The subjects of this study were 64 patients with acute cerebral infarction, who were selected from our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 32 cases in each group. The reference group adopted conventional nursing, and the experimental group adopted comprehensive nursing. The effects of the two groups after nursing were compared and analyzed.
Results The nursing quality of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). There was little difference in cognitive function scores between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, the cognitive function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute cerebral infarction has a definite effect, which can help improve patients' cognitive function and improve nursing quality. This method is worth promoting.
