Analysis of the effect and nursing methods of LC+EST+ERCP combined therapy in patients with bile duct and gallstones
胆管合并胆囊结石患者运用LC+EST+ERCP联合治疗的效果及护理方法分析

摘要

目的 探讨胆管合并胆囊结石患者运用腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）+十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术（EST）+内镜下逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）联合治疗的效果及护理方法。方法 将我院于2023.10月-2024.08月收治的64例胆管合并胆囊结石患者患者作为研究对象，均进行LC+EST+ERCP联合治疗。通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各32例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用综合护理，对比两组治疗及护理效果。结果 观察组临床指标、并发症发生率、护理满意度显著优于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 LC+EST+ERCP联合治疗及综合护理效果显著，可有效缩短胆管合并胆囊结石患者术后排气时间，减轻其术后疼痛，并降低并发症发生风险，从而提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the efficacy and nursing methods of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC), sphincterotomy (EST), and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in patients with bile duct stones.
Methods 64 patients with bile duct and gallbladder stones admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects and all underwent LC+EST+ERCP combined treatment. Divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care. The treatment and nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The clinical indicators, incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination therapy of LC+EST+ERCP and comprehensive nursing has significant effects, which can effectively shorten the postoperative exhaust time of patients with bile duct and gallbladder stones, reduce their postoperative pain, and lower the risk of complications, thereby improving nursing satisfaction.
