Nursing observation on cerebral thrombosis accompanied by lower limb deep vein thrombosis
脑血栓伴下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理观察

摘要

目的 探讨对脑血栓伴下肢深静脉血栓形成患者实施护理的效果。方法 选取2022年6月到2023年6月期间我院收治的脑血栓伴下肢深静脉血栓形成患者100例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与实验组，每组患者50例，对照组患者采用常规护理，实验组患者采用综合性护理。对比两组患者神经功能、疼痛程度、下肢肿胀程度以及生活质量。结果 护理后实验组神经功能以及生活质量均优于对照组，疼痛程度、下肢肿胀程度低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理干预对于脑血栓伴下肢深静脉血栓形成患者具有重要意义，能够有效改善下肢肿胀情况与神经功能，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of nursing care for patients with cerebral thrombosis and deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs.
Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral thrombosis and deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received comprehensive care. Compare the neurological function, degree of pain, degree of lower limb swelling, and quality of life between two groups of patients.
Results After nursing, the neurological function and quality of life of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the degree of pain and lower limb swelling was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing intervention is of great significance for patients with cerebral thrombosis and deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs, which can effectively improve lower limb swelling and neurological function, and enhance the quality of life of patients.
