Analysis of the effect of dietary nursing on postoperative intestinal function recovery in patients with acute appendicitis
饮食护理对急性阑尾炎患者术后肠道功能恢复的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析急性阑尾炎患者术后采用饮食护理对肠道功能恢复的应用效果。方法 选取2023年8月至2024年2月我院收治的78例急性阑尾炎患者作为观察对象，随机分为对照组（38例）和观察组（38例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在此基础上采用饮食护理。对比两组患者肠道功能恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果 干预后，观察组患者首次排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均显著短于对照组，并发症发生率更低，其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 饮食护理对急性阑尾炎患者术后应用效果显著，可促进肠道功能恢复，减少并发症发生情况，对患者的康复具有重要意义，值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of dietary nursing on intestinal function recovery in patients with acute appendicitis after surgery.
Methods 78 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into a control group (38 cases) and an observation group (38 cases). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received dietary care on this basis. Compare the recovery of intestinal function and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.
Results After intervention, the observation group had significantly shorter first exhaust time, first defecation time, and bowel sound recovery time compared to the control group. The incidence of complications was also lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Dietary nursing has a significant effect on postoperative patients with acute appendicitis, promoting intestinal function recovery, reducing the occurrence of complications, and is of great significance for patient recovery. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
