The impact of fast recovery surgical concept nursing on gastrointestinal function recovery in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer
快速康复外科理念护理对结直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘要

目的 探讨结直肠癌术后患者使用快速康复外科理念护理对其胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法 纳入2022.03~2023.03内我院结直肠癌术治疗患者70例，按照随机对照方式分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（快速康复外科理念护理）各35例，对比两组胃肠功能恢复情况、住院时间和术后并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者胃肠功能恢复时间（排气时间、进食时间、排便时间、下床活动时间）和住院时间均短于对照组，且术后并发症（尿潴留、吻合口瘘、切口感染）总发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床对结直肠癌术后患者使用快速康复外科理念护理能够显著改善其胃肠功能，加快恢复，减少术后并发症。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of using the concept of rapid recovery surgery nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.
Methods Seventy patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (fast recovery surgical concept nursing), with 35 patients in each group. The recovery of gastrointestinal function, length of hospital stay, and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.
Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function (exhaust time, eating time, defecation time, getting out of bed activity time) and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the total incidence of postoperative complications (urinary retention, anastomotic leakage, incision infection) was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of rapid recovery surgical concepts in clinical nursing for postoperative patients with colorectal cancer can significantly improve their gastrointestinal function, accelerate recovery, and reduce postoperative complications.
