Research on the clinical nursing of end stage malignant tumor patients by palliative care teams
安宁疗护小组在终末期恶性肿瘤患者临床护理中的研究

摘要

目的 探究在终末期恶性肿瘤患者临床护理中安宁疗护小组的应用效果。方法 选取2023年4月至2024年4月64例在我院接受治疗的终末期恶性肿瘤患者作为观察对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各组32例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在此基础上成立安宁疗护小组进行护理干预。对比两组患者心理状态、疼痛程度及家属满意度。结果 观察组的疼痛程度评分明显高于对照组，抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组，家属满意度高于对照组，其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 安宁疗护小组在终末期恶性肿瘤患者临床护理中效果显著，能够减轻患者的疼痛程度，改善心理状态，提高家属满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of palliative care teams in clinical nursing of patients with end-stage malignant tumors.
Methods 64 patients with end-stage malignant tumors who received treatment in our hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 32 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group established a palliative care group on this basis for nursing intervention. Compare the psychological state, pain level, and family satisfaction of two groups of patients.
Results The pain level score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the depression and anxiety scores were lower than those of the control group. The satisfaction of family members was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Palliative care teams have shown significant effectiveness in clinical nursing of patients with end-stage malignant tumors, reducing their pain levels, improving their psychological state, and increasing family satisfaction. They are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
