Clinical efficacy analysis of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors in the treatment of renal diseases
血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗肾内科疾病临床效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在治疗肾内科疾病采用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂的临床效果。方法 选取2023年4月至2024年5月在我院肾内科收治的52例患有各类肾脏疾病患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组和观察组，各组26例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂。对比两组患者的临床效果及肾功能指标情况。结果 经过治疗后，观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组，肾功能指标改善程度更为显著，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂在治疗肾内科疾病中有显著治疗效果，还能改善肾功能指标。其临床应用为肾内科疾病的治疗提供了一种有效的手段，具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors in the treatment of renal diseases. Method 52 patients with various kidney diseases admitted to the Nephrology Department of our hospital from April 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 26 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors. Compare the clinical outcomes and renal function indicators between two groups of patients.
Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the improvement of renal function indicators was more significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors have significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of renal diseases and can also improve renal function indicators. Its clinical application provides an effective means for the treatment of renal diseases and has important clinical significance.
