The value of humanistic care in the nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris
人文关怀护理在老年冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的价值

摘要

目的 探析老年冠心病心绞痛患者采取人文关怀护理的效果。方法 将66例老年冠心病心绞痛患者设为研究对象，病历样本抽取于本院，抽取时间范围为2023年2月-2024年2月期间。以随机数字表法将上述患者分为参考组及实验组。其中参考组行常规护理，实验组则采取人文关怀护理，每组33例，以负面情绪评分、心绞痛发作次数、生活质量及满意度评价两组效果。结果 实验组负面情绪评分相比参考组显低（P＜0.05）。实验组心绞痛发作次数相比参考组显低（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量相比参考组显高（P＜0.05）。结论 老年冠心病心绞痛患者采取人文关怀护理可对其负面情绪予以缓解，降低心绞痛发作次数，促进生活质量改善。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Method 66 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected as the research subjects, and medical record samples were collected from our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024. Divide the above patients into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received humanistic care. There were 33 cases in each group, and the effects of the two groups were evaluated based on negative emotion scores, frequency of angina attacks, quality of life, and satisfaction.
Results The negative emotion score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The number of angina attacks in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Humanistic care can alleviate negative emotions, reduce the frequency of angina attacks, and promote improvement in quality of life for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
