The effect of modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction combined with valsartan capsules in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and its impact on renal function and immune function
参芪地黄汤加减联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果及对肾功能和免疫功能的影响

摘要

目的 探究治疗慢性肾小球炎采用参芪地黄汤加减联合缬沙坦胶囊的效果及对肾功能和免疫功能的影响。方法 选取2023年4月至2024年3月我院收治的44例慢性肾小球肾炎的患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组和观察组，各组22例。对照组采用缬沙坦胶囊治疗，观察组采用参芪地黄汤加减缬沙坦胶囊治疗。对比两组患者肾功能指标和免疫功能指标情况的变化。结果 治疗后，观察组肾功能指标改善情况都优于对照组，免疫功能指标也明显改善，且优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 参芪地黄汤加减联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果显著。可以改善肾功能指标及免疫功能指标。具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction combined with valsartan capsules on the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and its impact on renal and immune function. Method 44 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from April 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 22 cases in each group. The control group was treated with valsartan capsules, while the observation group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction and reduced valsartan capsules. Compare the changes in renal and immune function indicators between two groups of patients.
Results After treatment, the improvement of renal function indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the improvement of immune function indicators was also significant and better than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction and valsartan capsules has a significant effect on the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. It can improve kidney function indicators and immune function indicators. Has significant clinical application value.
